How fast is your same-day service?
Drop off before 10 AM and pick up the same day by 5 PM, Monday through Saturday. Rush orders may be accommodated — just ask at the counter.
What is the 5-shirt special deal?
Bring in 5 business shirts and we'll launder and press them all for just $12.50. This applies to standard cotton and poly-blend shirts. Available every day we're open.
Do you handle delicate or designer garments?
Yes, we specialise in caring for delicate fabrics including silk, cashmere and designer labels. Each piece is inspected and cleaned using the appropriate method.
Where are you located?
We're at 151/313 Harris Street in Ultimo, just a short walk from UTS and Central Station. Look for the red 'Anna Wash' signage at street level.
Do you offer pick-up and delivery?
Currently we operate as a drop-off and pick-up service at our Harris Street location. Contact us to discuss arrangements for larger orders.

We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and EFTPOS. Tap-and-go payments are welcome.
